Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does a travel advisor do?

A travel advisor takes the stress and guesswork out of planning your vacation. We help you choose the best options for your needs, handle the booking process, offer insider tips, keep track of deadlines, and support you every step of the way — from the first quote to the day you return home. Think of us as your personal vacation concierge.

And yes, that sometimes means waking up at the crack of dawn (or staying up late!) to snag hard-to-get dining reservations, book Lightning Lane selections, or secure magical extras on your behalf — wherever applicable. We handle the behind-the-scenes hustle so you can focus on the fun.

How much does it cost to use a travel agent?

Nothing at all! We don’t charge service fees, and the cost of your vacation is the exact same as if you booked it directly yourself. The difference is that you get personalized support, expert guidance, and concierge-style planning every step of the way—at no extra cost to you.

Can you help even if I already started planning?

Yes! In many cases, we can take over and manage an existing booking. Most travel vendors have a booking transfer process, which allows you to move your reservation under our care.
Requirements vary by vendor, but a good general rule is that the trip must have been booked within the last 30 days and not paid in full. If you're unsure, reach out and we’ll walk you through your options.

What kinds of trips do you plan?

We specialize in Disney destinations and all cruises, but we're not limited to those! We also book Universal vacations and Tauck tours! While those are our main focus areas, we’re always happy to hear what you’re dreaming up — if you think we might be a good fit for something more specific, feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know if we can help.

Do you book flights?

No — we don’t book flights directly. However, we’re happy to help you coordinate your flight times with your travel plans, and in some cases we can assist with booking air through cruise or tour suppliers when it's part of a package.
