By booking travel through our agency, you agree to the terms outlined in that signed agreement. In the event of any conflict between this website and the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement will prevail.

Core Memory Moments LLC acts solely as a travel advisor. We arrange services provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and theme park companies (including Disney Destinations and Universal Parks & Resorts).
We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, warranties, representations, breaches, or negligence of any third-party supplier. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those individual vendors.
It is the client’s responsibility to review and agree to the terms and conditions of each travel supplier involved in their trip.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during travel
Changes, delays, or cancellations by suppliers
Expenses arising from travel disruptions, health emergencies, or other unforeseen events
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip investment and personal well-being.
